Refund and Returns Policy

  • Items sold in-store may be returned within seven days after date of purchase and reasons for return should be communicated in writing.
  • The customer should notify Safarisjiek in writing, of his/her intention to return an item bought online within seven days of the purchase date and provide reasons for the return.
  • Items sold on-line shall be returned within fourteen days from the date of purchase and shall be at the customer’s own expense. Proof of the date on which the item was sent via courier, shall be sent to Safarisjiek and should fall within the fourteen day period.
  • Returned items should not have been altered, washed, cleaned or treated in any way and should be returned in the same condition as when it was bought, including original labels and packaging.
  • Returned items should be new without any blemishes, odours, markings or signs of wear and tear.
  • Returned items should not have been worn, used, consumed or deliberately damaged.
  • The product shall have the same appearance, function and monetary value as the day that it was purchased on.
